L\u2019objectif des chercheurs est de proposer une application mobile de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des produits alimentaires qui soit bon march\u00e9 pour les petits exploitants agricoles, facile d\u2019utilisation pour les consommateurs et qui se d\u00e9ploie facilement au sein de l\u2019industrie agro-alimentaire.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Concr\u00e8tement, \u00e0 une \u00e9tape de transformation donn\u00e9e d\u2019un produit, ce syst\u00e8me stocke dans un QR code toutes les informations n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019identification de ses composants, de leurs origines et de l\u2019ensemble des interm\u00e9diaires par lesquels ils ont transit\u00e9. Un nouveau QR code est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque nouvelle \u00e9tape de transformation ou d\u2019acheminement du produit. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>Via<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> un simple smartphone, ces QR codes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s ou scann\u00e9s par les diff\u00e9rents protagonistes tout au long de la cha\u00eene de transformation du produit, de la production des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la distribution aux consommateurs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">L\u2019application, enti\u00e8rement con\u00e7ue avec des logiciels libres, repose sur une architecture <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i>peer-to-peer<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">, ce qui signifie que le stockage des donn\u00e9es est r\u00e9parti entre les appareils de l\u2019ensemble des acteurs et que leurs modifications ne sont pas contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par un serveur centralis\u00e9 mais certifi\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re distribu\u00e9e et robuste.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">La nature d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e et flexible du syst\u00e8me ainsi que la facilit\u00e9 de son appropriation favorisent la participation de l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de la production alimentaire, y compris les plus petits producteurs. Here we propose a mobile-based bidirectional tracing system for food products that integrates graphic data and peer-to-peer (P2P) architecture. Our system allows data synchronization to happen seamlessly between all connected nodes by default, as data are gathered through market transactions and all related product information is concatenated by scanning 2D barcodes on products. The system\u2019s decentralized and flexible structure favours bottom-up involvement by stakeholders and is applicable to various and dynamic food networks.
