DESCRIPTION:UrbaClim est l’une des 14 actions de recherche décrites dans le projet pour le GdR MAGIS 2022-2026 (http://gdr-magis.imag.fr/renouvellement-du-gdr-magis/). Elle est conjointement animée par Anne Ruas (anne.ruas@univ-eiffel.fr) et Thomas Leduc (thomas.leduc@crenau.archi.fr). \nUrbaClim est une action de recherche qui vise à identifier et formaliser les apports réciproques de la géomatique aux « Climate Studies & Atmospheric Science »\, « Environmental Science & Management »\, « Natural Resource Management » et « Water Resources » (pour reprendre un ensemble de nouveaux « domaines d’application » extraits du Body of Knowledge des sciences et technologies de l’information géographique (GIS&T) de l’Association des Géographes Américains). \nL’objectif de cette première journée scientifique est de lancer l’action de recherche (état des lieux\, identification de verrous\, projet de structuration de la communauté\, plan d’action\, etc.).

DESCRIPTION:Data mining approches for complex clinical datasets:\nClinical data warehouses offer great promises for the development of computer-aided diagnosis tools.\nIn this PhD we propose a new framework for the processing of T1w brain MRI coming from the Big Data Platform of the AP-HP and we assess its ability to predict the clinical phenotypes.
