DESCRIPTION:L’objectif de ces journées est : \n\nd’échanger autour des activités d’ingénierie en bioinformatique et statistiques pour les données haut débit\, avec un accent particulier sur les dernières technologies de séquençage\, l’annotation fonctionnelle/métagénomique et la visualisation de données -omiques\, sous la forme de présentations\, de mini-tutoriaux ou de retours d’expérience\, de faire le bilan de l’activité du PEPI et de partager autour des pôles d’animation existants\,\net aussi de recueillir les envies d’animation ou de formation qui pourraient être organisées et pris en charge dans le cadre du PEPI.

SUMMARY:BLUEMED Mediterranean Research Infrastructures Stakeholders Conference
DESCRIPTION:The BLUEMED Initiative has been launched in 2014 by nine European countries with the support of Horizon 2020 programme. The main objectives of the project are to define priorities for marine research and innovation in various domains (tourism\, aquaculture\, fishery\, marine energies\, biotechnologies\, maritime transports…) and to design an implementation plan paying attention to involve of a wide range of stakeholders at international\, national and regional levels. Special consideration is given to research infrastructures as they are essential to support the development of research and innovation activities. \nIn this framework\, the CNRS is organizing the BLUEMED Mediterranean Research Infrastructures Stakeholders Conference to bring together RIs experts\, representatives from Mediterranean public authorities and key stakeholders involved in Blue Growth activities. This two-day fruitful event will pave the way towards the implementation of BLUEMED Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda key priorities\, while at the same time\, it will contribute to further connect the different stakeholders involved in Blue Growth activities.  \nParticipants will have the opportunity to focus on key challenges faced in the Mediterranean Sea. Solving these challenges requires development and synergies of research and innovation infrastructures\, as they generate valuable data and services that need to be accessible for all communities involved in Blue Growth activities. The conference will therefore enable participants to exchange their views and propose concrete actions to ensure an optimal use of RIs and to favor the dialogue and concrete collaboration among Mediterranean blue economy stakeholders.

DESCRIPTION:L’ ISC-N\, Le RNSC\, l’ISC-PIF et l’IXXI ont le plaisir de vous inviter à la 3e édition du Prix de thèse Systèmes Complexes décerné annuellement pour mettre à l’honneur la recherche dans le domaine des systèmes complexes et de distinguer les travaux de trois jeunes chercheurs·euses. \nDécouvrez les travaux systèmes complexes les plus prometteurs de 2019 lors de l’audition des candidat.e.s qui se dérouleront le lundi 17 juin dans l’auditorium de l’espace Totem (11\, place Nationale\, Paris 13e) à partir de 14h. \nLes auditions seront suivies de la remise des prix attribués à trois lauréat.e.s et d’un buffet. \nLe jury est composé de  Marton Kersai\, Assistant Professor in Computer Science (ENS Lyon – IXXI Rhône Alpes)\, Annick Lesne\, Directrice de recherche (LPTMC – UPMC)\, Giuseppe Longo\, Directeur de recherche (ENS)\, Clémence Magnien\, Directrice Adjointe du LIP6 (CNRS – Sorbonne Université). \n\n  \n \n  \n\nCet évènement est organisé grâce au soutien du DIM Problématiques transversales aux Systèmes Complexes (Région Île-de-France) et de l’IXXI.  \nLe Prix de Thèses Systèmes Complexes 2019 est co-organisée par l’Institut des Systèmes Complexes en Normandie – ISCN\, le Réseau National des Systèmes Complexes-RNSC\, l’Institut des Systèmes Complexes de Paris IdF – ISC-PIF\, et l’Institut Rhônalpin des Systèmes Complexes – IXXI.
