Sa particularit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 la plateforme gouvernementale \u00ab\u00a0Le Grand D\u00e9bat National\u00a0\u00bb est d&rsquo;avoir donn\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 aux contributeurs d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer les diverses propositions (\u00ab\u00a0pour\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0contre\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0mitig\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p>Aucune des plateformes de d\u00e9bat ne v\u00e9rifie l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 de ses contributeurs, introduisant en cela des <a href=\"https:\/\/politoscope.org\/2019\/04\/vraidebat\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">limites fortes<\/a> \u00e0 l&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation des contributions. De ce fait, les propositions ne peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme repr\u00e9sentatives de la population fran\u00e7aise. Elles peuvent n\u00e9anmoins \u00eatre source d&rsquo;inspiration pour les politiciens, les administrations et les citoyens dans leur ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Tout en reconnaissant ces limitations, le <i>groupe de travail gilets jaunes<\/i> du <a href=\"http:\/\/maps.gargantext.org\/maps\/presidentielle2017\/triangle.ens-lyon.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">laboratoire Triangle<\/a> (UMR 5206) a d\u00e9fini un \u00e9chantillon de propositions \u00ab\u00a0populaires\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 partir des votes sur la plateforme du Vrai D\u00e9bat (cf. ci-dessous)<\/p>\n<p>Nous proposons ici une exploration de cet \u00e9chantillon annot\u00e9 et analys\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la plateforme <a href=\"http:\/\/gargantext.org\/\">Gargantext<\/a> et d&rsquo;une extraction terminologique effectu\u00e9e par la plateforme <a href=\"http:\/\/multivac.iscpif.fr\/\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Multivac<\/a> sur l&rsquo;ensemble des propositions du Grand D\u00e9bat National.
