CSV<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le format CSV de Gargantext comporte :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un jeu de caract\u00e8re UTF8<\/li>\n<li>la tabulation comme s\u00e9parateur de champ<\/li>\n<li>pas de d\u00e9limiteur de champ.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Si votre CSV ne se charge pas &#8211; d\u00e9pannage<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>v\u00e9rifiez que vous t\u00e9l\u00e9chargez bien un fichier zip<\/li>\n<li>v\u00e9rifiez que votre csv est encod\u00e9 avec des tabulations comme s\u00e9parateurs. Parfois, votre \u00e9diteur de texte change sans avertir l&rsquo;encodage,<\/li>\n<li>supprimer les tabulations qui ne sont pas des s\u00e9parateurs de colonnes : ouvrir le document dans un \u00e9diteur de feuille de calcul, remplacer les tab (\\t) par des espaces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Quel \u00e9diteur utiliser ?<\/h3>\n<p>Il est fortement recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;utiliser un \u00e9diteur de texte libre tel que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.libreoffice.org\/download\/libreoffice-fresh\/\">LibreOffice<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openoffice.org\/\">OpenOffice<\/a>, certains \u00e9diteurs propri\u00e9taires ayant tendance \u00e0 imposer leur format CSV.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sous Open Office par exemple, lorsque vous &lsquo;sauvez sous&rsquo; mois de la publication (si pas indiqu\u00e9, mettre le chiffre &lsquo;1&rsquo;) [publication_month]<br \/>\n&#8211; Jour de la publication (si pas indiqu\u00e9, mettre le chiffre &lsquo;1&rsquo;) [publication_day]<\/p>\n<p>En cas de doute, vous pouvez obtenir un exemple de fichier CSV Gargantext au format le plus r\u00e9cent en exportant votre corpus depuis la page &lsquo;Document&rsquo; Dans ce cas, vous pouvez analyser jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quelques dizaines de milliers d&rsquo;articles (au-dessus de 40k, vous aurez des probl\u00e8mes c\u00f4t\u00e9 client sur les versions Gargantext 3.x). Pour exporter des articles depuis PubMed, entrez une requ\u00eate dans la page de recherche, puis cliquez sur \u00ab\u00a0Send to &gt; File &gt; Format XML\u00a0\u00bb et choisissez le fichier zip \u00e0 t\u00e9l\u00e9charger comme dans l&rsquo;image ci-dessous.
