possible d\u2019utiliser la puissance de calcul et de traitement de Gargantext pour analyser un corpus autre que ceux propos\u00e9s dans la liste des bases de donn\u00e9es interrogeables.<\/p>\n<p>Il suffit de convertir la feuille de calcul sous le mod\u00e8le d\u2019un export de corpus Gargantext qui se pr\u00e9sente en 7 colonnes principales (peu importe l\u2019ordre) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la colonne pour le titre du document : elle doit avoir <strong><em>title<\/em><\/strong> pour intitul\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>la colonne d\u00e9di\u00e9e au contenu textuel \u00e0 traiter (par exemple pour le champ r\u00e9sum\u00e9 d\u2019un article scientifique) : elle doit avoir <em><strong>abstract<\/strong><\/em> pour intitul\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>la colonne pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e du document (mettre l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours si pas d\u2019infos) : elle doit avoir <em><strong>publication_year<\/strong><\/em> pour intitul\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>la colonne pour d\u00e9crire les auteurs : elle doit avoir <em><strong>authors<\/strong><\/em> pour intitul\u00e9,<\/li>\n<li>la colonne pour d\u00e9finir la source (pour d\u2019o\u00f9 vient l\u2019information) : elle doit avoir s\u2019adapter \u00e0 ce formalisme pour analyser au mieux les donn\u00e9es dans Gargantext.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nous avons dans l\u2019exemple suivant la <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thesenet.ademe.fr\/download.php?ChaN=files-file_nom&amp;idfiles=3434\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">liste des th\u00e8ses<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> financ\u00e9es par l\u2019Ademe depuis 2005, ouvertement accessible sur le site <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thesenet.ademe.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">thesenet.ademe.fr<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le fichier se pr\u00e9sente sous la forme suivante, qui ne ressemble pas forc\u00e9ment \u00e0 une publication scientifique :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a qui nous int\u00e9resse, c\u2019est d\u2019analyser les champs, o\u00f9 se trouve le plus de texte, afin de cr\u00e9er les cartographies th\u00e9matiques des centres d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eats scientifiques de l\u2019Ademe sur la p\u00e9riode 2005 \u00e0 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nous avons cherch\u00e9 les correspondances pour faire aligner le tableau d\u2019origine vers le formalisme CSV de Gargantext, voici ce que nous avons retenu : <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">la colonne \u201cTitre de la th\u00e8se\u201d =&gt; colonne <\/span><b>title<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">la colonne \u201cMot cl\u00e9s\u201d =&gt; colonne <\/span><b>abstract<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">la colonne \u201cPromo\u201d =&gt; colonne <\/span><b>publication_year<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">la colonne \u201cLaboratoire d\u2019accueil\u201d =&gt; colonne authors<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">la colonne \u201cEtablissement cofinanceur\u201d =&gt; colonne source<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">pour les deux derni\u00e8res <\/span><b>publication_month<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> et <\/span><b>publication_day<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> puisqu\u2019il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019information \u00e0 ce sujet, mettre <strong>1<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cela donne un tableau sans fioriture sous ce formalisme :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a \u00e0 nettoyer les textes pour enlever les sauts de ligne, en utilisant Rechercher\/Remplacer avec l\u2019expression r\u00e9guli\u00e8re \\n \u00e0 remplacer par un la virgule) comme s\u00e9parateur de champ (\u201cdelimited\u201d sous Excel).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dans GoogleSheet, il suffit de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger le fichier sous le format csv avec la virgule comme s\u00e9parateur, le jeu de caract\u00e8re UTF8 est utilis\u00e9 par d\u00e9faut dans GoogleSheet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">donner un nom \u00e0 la recherche<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a les champs texte du tableau ont bien \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pur\u00e9s (caract\u00e8res bizarres, saut de ligne, d\u00e9limiteur de textes, etc\u2026), normalement, l\u2019import se fait Gargantext, de compresser le ou les fichiers (si il y a plusieurs tableaux \u00e0 analyser) dans une archive, afin d\u2019\u00e9conomiser la bande passante de style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dans notre cas d\u2019\u00e9tude sur les th\u00e8ses Ademe, dans la mesure o\u00f9 certains crit\u00e8res d\u2019analyse de Gargantext ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u201cd\u00e9tourn\u00e9s\u201d, par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019alignement effectu\u00e9 entre le tableau d\u2019origine et le tableau CSV cible, les interpr\u00e9tations des onglets et des histogrammes qui en r\u00e9sultent seront \u00e0 adapter. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ainsi dans la mesure o\u00f9 il manquait des informations sur les dates pr\u00e9cises des th\u00e8se, \u00e0 part l\u2019ann\u00e9e, les histogrammes de l\u2019onglet [Documents] ne sont pas pertinents. Par contre, nous avons dans le tableau la liste des th\u00e8ses pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par leur ann\u00e9e d\u2019obtention, le titre de la th\u00e8se et dans le champ source, l\u2019organisme co-financeur :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img10.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-628 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"993\" height=\"385\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img10.jpg 993w, https:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img10-300x116.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img10-768x298.jpg 768w, https:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img10-705x273.jpg 705w, https:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img10-450x174.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 993px) 100vw, 993px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On peut ainsi voir dans l\u2019onglet [Source], quels sont les entreprises et organismes co-financeurs qui sont les plus r\u00e9currents dans l\u2019obtention des bourses Ademe : <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img11.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-629 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img11-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img11-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img11-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img11-1030x773.jpg 1030w, https:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img11-705x529.jpg 705w, https:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img11-450x338.jpg 450w, https:\/\/iscpif.fr\/gargantext\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2019\/05\/img11.jpg 1041w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">M\u00eame si le champ n\u2019est pas rempli pour 85 th\u00e8ses, on peut voir que le CEA travaille beaucoup avec l\u2019Ademe dans plusieurs domaines scientifiques (50 th\u00e8ses co-financ\u00e9es).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nous avons donc utilis\u00e9 la fonction d\u2019analyse des sources de Gargantext \u00e0 des fins d\u00e9tourn\u00e9es, mais dont la logique s\u2019applique finalement pour donner des informations int\u00e9ressantes et exploitables.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019onglet [Analytics] donne des informations pertinentes sur le champ Year seulement, puisque nous avions les bonnes indications sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e de la th\u00e8se. On peut voir dans l\u2019histogramme ci-apr\u00e8s le nombre de th\u00e8ses par ann\u00e9e, avec un financement en d\u00e9clin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
