Scientists who study complex systems face many theoretical, methodological and technological challenges every day. We believe that these challenges can be met through increased collaboration among researchers from different disciplines.
This is why we propose the pooling of technical means and infrastructures on the scale of the scientific community, and encourage the use of free and open software as well as the sharing of data, publications and replicability practices.
