Clinical data

Data mining approches for complex clinical datasets: Clinical data warehouses offer great promises for the development of computer-aided diagnosis tools. In this PhD we propose a new framework for the processing of T1w brain MRI coming from the Big Data Platform of the AP-HP and we assess its ability to predict the clinical phenotypes.
