The eX Modelo winter school is back!

The school will be held from the 23rd to 25th November 2026, at the Complex Systems Institute in Paris.

Topic:
eX Modelo is dedicated to the exploration and evaluation of simulation models: sensitivity analysis, calibration, validation, optimisation, novelty search etc.

Attending:
eX Modelo is open to PhD, postgraduate students, engineers, master students, academic researchers and private sector, interested in modelling and simulation, whatever their scientific field.

Tools:
The OpenMOLE platform (https://openmole.org), specially dedicated to the exploration of simulation models, will be used throughout the workshop for practical sessions.

Program :
November 23rd and 24th: exploration methods courses and practical sessions on sensitivity analysis, calibration, validation, novelty search etc.

November 25th: practical session on embedding your own model in OpenMOLE and handling exploration methods and distributed computing.
